Badwolf Brewing Company
The Badwolf Brewing Company was Manassas’ first brewery but it has already attracted many positive reviews. The mission at Badwolf Brewing Company is simple. They aim to offer the Manassas locals a fresh, unfiltered, and authentic brewery experience. The brewery might be small but the menu is jam-packed with locally sourced, experimental, and mixed fermentation beers.
Although the brewery does not serve food, you can order delivery from one of their partnered restaurants. The popcorn is free and you are sure to leave with a new friend or two. Eavesdrop Brewery
Eavesdrop Brewery makes the local community a priority by partnering with local chefs and farms to serve the freshest of menu items. In addition to the brews that are locally brewed right at Eavesdrop Brewery, they also have an urban hop garden in the back. The apple trees and berry bushes are used in a selection of menu items.
You are sure to enjoy a unique experience at the Eavesdrop Brewery whether you stop by to taste test the beers or enjoy a farm-to-table dinner with live music. The tasting room is a former racing pigeon loft. The rooftop garden offers beautiful views of the city and brewery below. You can also gather with friends around one of the family-style seating areas with fire pits.
KO Distilling
Two long-time friends came together to create KO Distilling. KO Distilling is a whiskey production facility that has become one of the most popular tourist attractions in Manassas. Visit the distillery for a classic or cocktail tasting experience. You can also take a guided tour of the 4,000-square foot barrel room. KO Distilling is constantly coming up with new cocktail drinks. Stop by to try the featured cocktail list of the day which includes three hand-crafted drinks.
Sinistral Brewing Company
You don’t have to travel far to enjoy the Portland brewery scene. The founder used his Portland-earned brewing skills to open the Sinistral Brewing Company. He chose the perfect location right in downtown Manassas to give the brewery a classic home-town feel that everyone would be comfortable visiting.
The tables are cozy, the beers are cold, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Sinistral Brewing Company has earned a reputation for some of the most unique craft beers including Jacksons’ Fish Taco Lager and the Carson’s Pale Ale.
